Every castle we hire out is cleaned, inspected, and maintained to a proper standard. We're fully insured and all our equipment meets BS EN 14960, which is the British safety standard for inflatable play equipment. We don't cut corners on this. It depends on the castle you choose, but as a general guide you'll want around a metre of clearance on all sides beyond the castle footprint. We're happy to chat through your garden dimensions before you book so we can match you with something that fits comfortably and safely.
Yes, absolutely. We cover Cheddar, Draycott, Axbridge, and all the surrounding areas without any fuss. Just let us know your postcode when you get in touch and we'll confirm availability and any delivery details from there.
Light rain isn't usually a problem as most of our castles can be used in a gentle shower, but we don't set up in strong winds or storms for obvious safety reasons. If the weather looks genuinely unsuitable, we'll talk it through with you and do our best to find a solution, whether that's a rescheduled date or another arrangement.
A slight gradient is usually fine and we deal with this regularly in the Somerset countryside. We'll assess the ground when we arrive and we're experienced at getting a safe and secure setup in gardens that aren't completely flat. If we have any concerns we'll always tell you honestly before we begin.
Our standard hire is for the day, which gives you plenty of time for a proper garden party. We deliver and set up, then come back at the agreed time to take everything away. We don't stay on site during the hire, but we're always contactable by phone if something comes up.
Setup and collection are included in the price we quote you. We don't believe in adding surprise charges at the end. The price we agree upfront is the price you pay, so you can plan your garden party budget without any unexpected additions on the day.
