I am Scott Palmer, trading as Total Bounce â a bouncy castle, inflatables, soft play, and fun hire company. My head office is located at 2b Charlton Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 4HA. I am committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to my website and customers.

As part of the registration and/or ordering process, I collect personal information. I do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations.
I use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver newsletters. I gather statistics on email openings and clicks using industry-standard technologies to help monitor and improve my communications. Ticketing Data
When you book with Total Bounce, or download documents, your name, address data, email, and contact number are stored in a secure digital booking system. Only I and the employees of Total Bounce have full access to this system. My employed and subcontracted delivery staff have access to partial information (such as delivery addresses). Be assured that I do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
Payment Processing

Access to Your Personal Information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that I hold. Please email your request to info@totalbounce.co.uk.
Infinite Lives â Web Technicians Access
As part of my data handling processes, Infinite Lives also has access to the data within the system to assist with web-related services. However, it is strictly against the NDA to use any of this data for anything other than marketing purposes directly related to Total Bounce and its business activities.
