We need parking and access suitable for large vans such as Luton-sized vehicles. We do not park illegally and any parking fees are the responsibility of the customer. Inadequate parking may cause delays or result in rescheduling the delivery. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss any parking or access concerns.

Unfortunately no. It is a legal requirement that all inflatables be securely pegged down. Our team carries weights for indoor hires but we cannot accept bookings for inflatables on astro turf. There are SOME rare exceptions , such as central courtyards - if in doubt drop us a message to check first.

The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival as this is considered cleared payment. We do not accept cheques, cards, or on-site bank transfers. If you would like to pay via bank transfer this must be arranged and cleared 48 hours prior to your event. Bank transfer payments must be made by 8pm on the Thursday before your booking.

Delivery and collection times are sent to you via text message a few days before your booking. Deliveries may start as early as 6:30am during busy periods. Collections start from 6pm with the latest pickup at 8pm. Later collections may incur additional charges. If you have specific timing needs please contact us before booking to confirm.

All inflatable dimensions are listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to ensure the inflatable fits in your designated area. Full payment is still required if the inflatable does not fit as the booking is reserved for your event.

You get the inflatable for the entire day. Our drivers work from early morning to late evening so you can enjoy your hire for as long as possible.

Yes. We need a power socket located within 25 metres of the setup area. We cannot use extension leads or adaptors. If no power is available you will need to provide a petrol generator. Full payment is required before delivery when using your own generator.

Yes you can. Additional charges may apply for overnight hires or late collections. Contact us with your requirements including times and location.

Weather forecasts are more accurate three days before your event. Most inflatables can still be used in light rain but indoor-only units may not be suitable. If you wish to cancel due to weather please note your booking fee may be forfeited. In cases of torrential rain we will contact you to discuss rearranging or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Yes, but written permission from the landowner must be provided and sent to us including the hire date. Communal hires are limited to four hours. This does not apply to public events or private domestic hires.

Total Bounce is not a trading name of Infinity WsM. However, Infinity WsM (part of the Infinite Lives Group) handles our payments for deposits which is why this name appears on your bank or PayPal statement. You will see "Playtime" on your card statement if you paid by debit or credit card.

The price reflects the entire day reservation including setup, cleaning, and collection. We do not rent out inflatables twice in one day so the inflatable is reserved exclusively for your event.
