Yes, we're used to working with all sorts of access situations and we'll talk through the specifics with you before the day. If you let us know about any tight turns, steep approaches, or restricted parking when you book, we can plan ahead and make sure there are no surprises. It's always better to mention it early so we can sort it together.
It depends on the castle, but most of our standard kids' castles need a reasonably flat area of around 4 by 4 metres, plus some space around the outside for safe access. We can talk through your garden dimensions before you commit to anything, and if the space is a bit tight we'll suggest a size that fits properly rather than trying to squeeze something in that isn't right. Getting the fit right matters for safety as much as anything else.
Summer weekends fill up faster than most people expect, especially from May through to September. We'd always say book as early as you can, and a few months ahead for a peak summer date is not too early at all. That said, if you've left it late it's always worth giving us a call because we sometimes have last-minute availability. We'll always be straight with you about what we can and can't do.
We set everything up fully and make sure it's safe and ready before we leave. For most private garden parties we don't stay on-site throughout, but we're always reachable by phone if anything comes up during the hire. For larger events or if you'd prefer someone present, just mention it when you enquire and we can discuss what makes sense for your particular celebration.
