Great service today - everything from booking a couple of months ago, to reminder emails, payment, set up and collection was hassle free which is exactly what you want when it comes to kids parties! We hired soft play and a small bouncer for our toddler birthday. Could not have asked for a better service or setup.
Used the online booking service for a Pawpatrol Bouncy castle. Called the mobile number a few times on lead up to booking with various questions. They always answered and were happy to help or got back to me via email with a reply. On the date of booking they arrived at Berrow Hall on time, set up, and spoke to me about the do and donts of its use. I signed a form they gave me on the day to say I understood and agreed to the terms of use. Colleted on time and packed away without fuss. All in all I found this service extremely good and the children loved the Bouncy Castle. I would definitely use this service again for an event.
