On weekends, I love heading to The Imperial, a fantastic pub known for its live music and a friendly crowd.
For foodies, Il Michelangelo is an authentic Italian restaurant that delivers amazing dishes, and for something more casual, there’s Demetris Taverna, a local Greek spot where you can always expect great food and warm hospitality. These places make up the heartbeat of Weston-super-Mare’s social scene, where both tourists and locals can relax and enjoy the flavours of the region.

There’s always something new to discover in Weston-super-Mare. The town offers plenty of green spaces like Grove Park, which is perfect for a lazy afternoon picnic or a peaceful walk. The view from Uphill is another personal favourite; the short hike up to the top offers panoramic views of the Bristol Channel and the Somerset countryside.
The town is also well-connected, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Bristol, just a short train ride away, offers a bigger city experience, while Cheddar Gorge is perfect for a day trip of exploring the great outdoors.
