As soon as you have a date in mind, it's worth getting in touch. Indoor venues and village halls tend to cluster around weekends, and certain dates, especially around school holidays, can fill up a few weeks ahead. We don't want to turn anyone away, so earlier is always better. That said, if you're last minute, it's still worth asking because we sometimes have availability that hasn't been listed.
