Yes, every castle is cleaned and checked after each hire before it goes out again. We take real pride in the condition of our stock, and we wouldn't put something out that we wouldn't be happy with ourselves. If you have any specific concerns, just ask us when you book.
Someone over 18 does need to be present when we arrive and when we collect, just so we can go through the setup properly and make sure everything is handed back in good order. It doesn't have to be the person who made the booking, but we do need a responsible adult there. It also gives us the chance to answer any last-minute questions before the guests arrive.
Weekends from May through to September get booked up quickly, so we'd always say the sooner the better if you have a date in mind. That said, don't assume it's too late without checking. We do sometimes have last-minute availability, and it's always worth a quick call or message to find out. We'll give you a straight answer straight away.
